We will send a Gift Certificate announcement card to you, or directly to your gift recipient - please indicate during checkout. Gift Certificates may be applied to orders place on-line or by phone. If the Gift Certificate amount exceeds the amount of the order, we will refund the difference by check, or carry a credit forward upon request. If the Gift Certificate is less than the order amount, the gift recipient may place the order on-line and then call us to arrange payment of the balance. We will include redemption information with the Gift Certificate. If you want us to send the gift certificate directly to your gift recipient, we will also send them a personalized gift card. Be sure to enter your message for the gift card in Step 5 of check-out. When purchasing a Gift Certificate, during check-out, choose the Shipping Method: "For purchasing a Gift Certificate as a gift." |
