RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for any reason, within 30 days of purchase.  Returned items must be in new, resellable condition, including the gift box and original packaging, and with the paperwork package unopened.  Be sure that you use a box that is sufficiently strong, use enough packing material to protect the item, and insure the package against damage in transit on it's way back to us.  We will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost.  If the returned item qualified for the free shipping offer, the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.  Please Contact Us for a Return Authorization Number.  The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the shipping box. 

DAMAGE CLAIMS 

We carefully prepare all of our items for shipment, and all of our shipments are fully insured.  If the products you receive have been damaged or broken during shipment, please Contact Us as soon as possible.  We will initiate a claim with UPS and advise you regarding the procedure required by UPS for your shipment.  Be sure to save ALL of the box and its contents, including packaging material, for inspection by UPS if inspection is requested.

WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION.  The security of your information is important to us.  We employ state of the art technology to provide data encryption so that your name, credit card, and other information cannot be innappropriately accessed. 

WE RESPECT YOUR INFORMATION.  We never, ever sell or distribute your information to third party indidviduals or businesses.  Your information will be used by the shipping company and the credit card processing company solely for the purpose for which it was supplied.    

PRIVACY STATEMENT
